Ronsday – Ukrainegate

Ron’s take.

Since I see no reason to waste time diggin into what Biden’s kid did, or Joe his-self did, or Giuliani did, or Trump did in regard to the scandal du jour over Ukraine political chicanery, I can’t claim to fully understand what — if anything — happened that we oughta be concerned about.

Here’s how it looks to me: Zelensky and some other Ukrainian officials tried to share with the current US gummint a bit of evidence of shady dealings by members of the previous US administration (i.e., Obama/Biden/Clinton/Kerry) along with annoying meddling by the DNC.

Each time they tried to turn over documents or records to US officials, they were stonewalled and frustrated by residual Obama jammers in both State and Justice Departments.

Some dipwad anti-Trumper in the WH heard about it and tried to get his 15 minutes of notoriety by saying DJT was involved somehow, despite the fact that the entire foofarah originated with Biden’s kid and Joe himself backing the kid up since gigabucks were involved. I’m not sure how deeply DingleBarry was involved; he may have been more interested in his wife’s prostate surgery than what the Bidens were up to.

Ass use y’all, the propaganda arm of the DNC ran with the uncorroborated gossip even though the leak source had no direct personal knowledge of WTF actually went down, when, where, and by whom.

Just ‘nuther case of the MSM slingin home-made shit at the political bulletin board in hopes some of it might stick. Man . . . I’d really like for someone from the left to ‘splain to me how impeaching Trump would make the country better, stronger, richer, safer . . . . . . .

I mean, JHC — the Dems’ TDS has become a full-blown obsession focused on impeachment, making them unable to differentiate between gossip and history, to separate rumor from reality, to recognize their own sins on their own Dorian Grey portraits in the private room.

It’s as if Nadler and Waters and Schiff and the rest of the Resistance are on an endorphin rush, a hormone high, a dopamine trip. They‘re willing to trade a successful economy for a recession just to get even with him for keeping HRC away from that desk in the Oval Office.

To that crowd, revenge has become an opioid, a raison d’etre, an all-consuming need to oust Donald J. Trump regardless of what it costs in terms of law, ethics, morals, trade, economy, degradation of cities, abandonment of border security, or even personal reputation.

Determination can be a good thing, giving strength and sharpening focus for accomplishing projects. But when it becomes obsession, it can distract and detract energy and skills needed for doing the job carefully, thoroughly, accurately, legally.

Too many of them loathe Trump to a fatal fault. They’ve nourished that loathing into closed-minded fanaticism willing to use innuendo, lies, false documents, and abuse of office to promote hatred and eventual violence, and they preach to the historically illiterate, misinformed, misled, radical ignoranti for their votes.

As I said not long ago, today’s illiterate are not people who cannot understand words, who cannot interpret sentences, who cannot grasp the thesis of an essay or article . . . they are people so conditioned, so brainwashed, so catechized that they simply cannot unlearn the lies and propaganda and false doctrine they’ve become addicted to.

Sometimes it seems that the entire raison d’etre for education, for mainstream media, for late-nite entertainment is to instill knee-jerk rejection responses to anything endorsed by anyone more than a single step right of far left ideology.

As Goebbels, Schickelgruber, Dzhugashvili, Mao Zedong, Saddam Hussein, every Muslim cleric with an audience of more than one, Hillary Rodham, and Dingle Barry made perfectly clear in their own times – if the lie is big enough and told often enough with conviction, it will become reality to the masses.

Today’s modern media, including Facebook and Twitter, are transforming ordinary people into something I read about recently, a “bewildered herd” of misled, brainwashed bots totally dependent upon touchscreens and a giant entitlement apparatus which feeds both their bodies and their minds with garbage, much of it recycled.

Those who operate the system, the self-appointed elites, consider 99% of us too stupid and inept to make our own decisions about anything without screwing up the system, so we have to be manipulated, even intimidated, into doing what THEY want.

And while polls and pundits roll out the convenient “consensus” and daily “analysis” FOR us, they neglect to mention that what they’re feeding us is opinions, but opinions don’t always equate to truth. And THAT is why the 2nd Amendment is crucial to our survival as a republic.

In the meantime, the three separate but equal and independent branches of US government have morphed into the Investigation Department (which is bicameral, with an Impeachment section and a Soundbyte Squad), the Supreme Corpse (where aging magistrates go to die), and the End-Run-Around-The-Constitution Task Force, where the CEO spends his first term campaigning for re-election and his second in scheduling potus-emeritus appearances at 6 figures a pop.

People like Schiff, Nadler, Waters, Wilson, Green . . . they seem to forget soon after their elections that they were elected . . . appointed . . . not consecrated or annointed. They manage to get into the public’s eye, but then all they do is irritate it.

Politics is powered by giant windbags. It has ruined more ethics, morals, and good intentions than women, booze, and gambling combined. Honest, patriotic, trustworthy young people go into politics with a fine future ahead of them only to find that they suddenly have a criminal past. As soon as a guy begins to run for office, he finds that he often has to run for cover.
